At the farm we offer our full selection of produce and plants: picked, washed, and sorted for you to browse. These hours vary by season but are typically consistent from May to October.

Tips for shopping at the farm:

• Better selection - This is our first offering of what we have picked for the week. For items in short supply (early tomatoes, peas, etc.) this is your best bet.
• Less crowds - The farm is usually pretty quiet, especially after 5 pm, so if you want a more relaxed experience this is for you.
  

Cedar Falls Farmers' Market

Location: Overman Park, Cedar Falls, Iowa

At the Farmers' Market we bring a wide selection of produce and plants. The Market is open from the first weekend in May to the last weekend in October.

Tips for shopping the Farmers' Market:

• Skip the line - We have a self-pay option available at market. If you know what your total is, and have the right change for it, you can just drop it in the can beneath the red scarecrow and you're good to go!
• Early bird gets the worm! - Come to market early for the best selection and easier parking.
  

U-Pick

Location: 1011 Martin Road, Waterloo, Iowa

During U-Pick we open some of our fields up for the public to come and pick their own produce. Many U-Pick items are traditional cultural foods that we grow specifically for local immigrant populations. U-pick is a very self-reliant shopping option: signage is minimal, the produce is not already picked, and the fields can be rough and muddy. 

Tips for shopping U-Pick:

• Bulk - This can be a good option if you want large quantities of something and are willing to harvest it yourself.
• Expect crowds - U-Pick can be very busy. Our parking lot often overfills and wait times in the checkout line can be a half hour or more.
